FUTURE FILMMAKERS — Your future, your vision!
Make your own short film during Easter and summer holidays.
This week is all about visions of the future, innovation and mobility. In small teams, the children will develop a stop motion film that shows how people will travel in the future. A stop motion film is a film that is made from many photos strung together. This creates the illusion of movement (see flipbook, animated films).
Each team develops their own short story, which tells an exciting journey through the future of mobility. This could be an adventure with robots, a race with futuristic cars, or a completely new way of moving around.

BMW Welt The Campus Holiday Short Workshop

Creative workshop or programming workshop — you decide!
How will we get around in the future? In the creative workshop, children can actively shape the future and design their own future vehicles! In the Future Lab, children discover topics such as autonomous driving, sustainability and electric mobility in a fun and entertaining way. They then design their idea of a car of the future. Innovative and sustainable materials as well as tools such as 3D pens make creative and collaborative work fun.
Or do you prefer technology and programming? Without numbers, but with colors and pens, children learn their first basic coding skills in a playful and age-appropriate way. You alone program a small robot, the “Ozobots”, without a screen. In doing so, they invent their own dance program and teach the little robot very individual movement sequences.
